THE RV WAREHOUSE RENTALS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
RENTAL PERIOD
Rentals are booked out Friday to Friday
PICK UP
Between the hours of 1pm to 3pm on Fridays
DROP OFF
Between the hours of 9am to 11am on Fridays
There will be a charge of $50 for every half hour that the unit comes back late.
CANCELLATIONS
Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at time of booking
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
Units are rented out on a weekly basis.
Daily will only be offered if unit is not rented out for the upcoming Friday.
PROTANK TANKS
Propane tanks are full when the units go out and the tanks should be full when returned or there will be a $50 charge for the refill of propane deducted for security deposit.
WASTE TANKS
All waste tanks need to be emptied before the unit is returned or a $100 fee will be deducted from the security deposit for dumping tanks
CLEANING FEE
Unit must be returned clean. Otherwise a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from your security deposit
WIRING
Tow vehicles must all have proper wiring, 7 way adaptor with working hot wire and a Brake controller installed on their vehicle. If customer shows up without proper wiring and our Technician needs to work on their vehicle there will be a $130 charge per hour needed to bring the vehicle up to proper safety towing standards.
DEMO
Every rental customer will be given an hour demo of the unit they are renting before they leave our premises.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age for renting a unit is 25 years old. A valid driver`s license is necessary for rental of the units. Renters must have a valid credit card at time of pick up. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations or for illegal parking tickets while they are towing the trailer. Please present the fine when you return the unit and this amount will be charged to your credit card.
SMOKING AND PETS
Smoking is not permitted in our units. There will be a $500 minimum fine.
Pets will only be allowed in designated units, a minimum charge of $100 for the week.
WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION HITCH
A weight distribution hitch is available for rent at a charge of $150 per week. We highly recommend a weight Distribution hitch.
